Salvage costs of the tow under TOWCON 2008
 
The Shipowners P&I Club has recently handled two claims involving the salvage of towed vessels which highlight the fact that, although TOWCON is one of the most commonly used towage agreements in the industry, it does not clearly allocate the responsibility for salvage costs between the parties.

Argentina: High expense fine to supernumeraries without visa
